Instructions: You apply them by using Da Vinci Stick -It, Dip the Stick-It to the desire are and with the Da Vinci Shadow Brush dip to the Da Vinci Mineral Glitter and apply were you apply the Da Vinci Stick-It. And with the Fan brush firmly apply the glitters to your skin.
