COMPANY HISTORY AND PROFILE
Introduction
The JB Marketing Group was founded in 1998 with the goal of introducing a high quality of Skin Care and Cosmetics Products to an ever-growing market. The JB Group (Da Vinci Cosmetics TM and Skin Care Line) is a major manufacturer of high quality of Minerals for the Cosmetics products and Dead Sea Minerals for the Skin Care Line. Our Da Vinci Cosmetics TM and Skin Care Line consist of a full unique range of high quality skin care products: body care, Facial care, pedicure, and cosmetics and organic skin care. We are also very excited to be introducing an amazing new natural cosmetics line of Mineral make-up to our markets. We believe this new concept in make-up will become the most dominant and sought after product in the cosmetics market in the coming years. First is the quality. Today’s savvy consumers demand not only the safety of natural products, but also the smart look that only a high-quality, natural products can bestow. These two criteria perfectly describe Da Vinci Shimmer Powders -safe and natural.Da Vinci Shimmer Powders are made from 100% pure mica. Our basic and most fundamental mission is to produce and sell the highest quality natural products while delivering a level of service which far exceeds that of our competitors.
We have had the opportunity to operate RMU businesses along with more permanent spaces in some of the most sought after properties in the United States such as California: Glendale Galleria, Northridge Fashion Center, Valley Plaza in Bakersfield and many more stores in other states. In the England we have been fortune to be located in properties such as Royal Victoria, the Blue water in Kent, Tunb ridge Wells and the shopping center at Fulham.
In contribution we at the JB Group believe we will be an exciting and welcome addition to any property or shopping center we are fortunate enough to be located in the USA and international.

MANAGEMENT
Jacob Barka (CEO): Our company founder and driving force, Mr. Barka is the lead person involved in development of all products and final decision in all aspects of the company’s major decisions. Jacob is responsible for bringing the company to its international status and success to date.
Daniel Dillon (President of JB Marketing Inc.) We are fortunate to have had Mr. Dillon join our team 4 years ago. Daniel comes with an impressive background of over 5 years in the retail management position. With credentials such as Banana Republic Manager. He is in charge for Whole Sale in the whole sale for USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and South Africa.
Naythan Kutsher (Vice President of JB Marketing Inc.) He is the right hand of the CEO. He has been in the Company since 2003 was operated more than 30 successful locations thru the west coast and major involved in manufactures our product. He is in charge in the whole sale for Latin America, Spain, and Italy.
Sarah White (Operations manger U.K.) Mrs. White has been with the company since the beginning. She is our point man in the U.K. with over 8 years experience in the retail and cosmetics business. She has a no nonsense management style that has been an invaluable asset to the company success.
Alirasa Amer (Exclusive Distributor for Canada). He is the exclusive Distributor for Canada Selling our product in the high stander level for cosmetics in this region.
Angelina Brentwood (Wholesale for the US) she is in charge in the wholesale department for the US, giving you the best customer support for retail and wholesale.
Elizabeth Florence (marketing for wholesale retail internet) she is in charge to operate all internet inquiries.
